What is your favorite dessert to make?

We are trying to eat healthier at our house.  However, we all have a sweet tooth.  My favorite dessert to make are cupcakes.  I just made my daughter S'mores cupcakes.  Her class theme is camping/campers so I just made homemade white cupcakes with vanilla frosting.  I then put chocolate frosting on a graham cracker.  Next, I took a glass plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and put 4 marshmallows on it.  I then put the plate in the microwave for 20 seconds.  This made the marshmallows plump up and gooey.  Using damp fingers, take the marshmallow off the plate and place on the chocolate.  Top with 2nd graham cracker, and place onto cupcake.  Very simple and a fun treat.  According to my daughter, 5 teachers were called in to see the cupcakes.  Plus, I tend to get the phone calls for treats for the kids' parties.  My son's took brownies to school for a treat.  I cheated and used a boxed milk chocolate brownie mix, prepared as directed on the box.  After they cooled, I put a jar of marshmallow fluff into the microwave for 20 seconds.  Using a spatula (coated with non-stick spray), I spread the fluff on top of the brownies.  Next, I melted a little bit of chocolate frosting (until runny) and drizzled over the marshmallow.  None of these treats came back home :)
