What time is it? It's time for lunch?....Well Let's think Dinner!

What's for Dinner?  Taco Salad!

Tonight I am using browned ground beef (my husband and his family farm so we are fortunate in knowing where our meat comes from!) and making taco meat.  We are then using the Azteca Salad Shells to make our bowls for our salads.  We are using the $1 Fresh Express Shreds from Schnucks and topping our salads off with cheese, sour cream and salsa.  We introduced these to the kids last week and they loved them and after serving meatloaf tonight, my youngest son got his turn in picking dinner (he's not a meatloaf fan!).
